You can get these by reaching out to other health sites and simply ask to be linked in one of their blogs – for example, if they mention “arm pain” in one of their articles, you could ask them to link to your blog post “How To Fix Arm Pain with These 5 Exercises.”

It’s important to note that the quality of backlinks is important, and you want them from sites that are reputable and relevant – Google will find out if you’re spamming your links on forums and other spam sites!

I wouldn’t buy them either, as those tend to be spammy as well.

This is one of those areas where I recommend hiring an SEO, as back linking can take a lot of time and a lot of resources.

Setup Google Analytics

Google Analytics will show you how long people stay on your site, how many pages they look at, how many of them bounce (exit out of your site quickly), and where your traffic is coming from.
